In a 10” Dutch oven, melt 3 Tbs. butter. Pour into a small bowl and stir in the oregano, and cheese; set aside. Melt 3 more Tbs. butter; pour in popcorn and cover. Pop the corn over medium high heat until the pops are 2 to 3 seconds apart. Remove from heat and pour seasoned butter over popped corn. Toss and serve hot.
