Mango Papaya Smoothie

Serves: 5
Total Calories: 21


1 mango diced
1 cup diced papaya
1 cup fresh spinach lightly packed
1/2 cup cubed celery
1/2 cup ice (optional)
1/4 cup old fashioned or quick cooking rolled oats
6 or 7 cashew nuts
1 tablespoon chopped fresh ginger


Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Pour into a tall glass. Serve immediately.

Note: For a thicker smoothie, add more cashews.
