Bravo Coleslaw

4 cups finely shredded napa cabbage
2 Gala Apples diced
1 cup finely shredded red cabbage
2 small carrots peeled and sliced into thin strips
4 lemons juiced
1/2 cup pine nuts toasted


Put the napa cabbage, apples, red cabbage, carrots, and lemon juice in a large bowl and toss until well combined. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving or for up to 3 days. Just before serving, spoon into salad bowls and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
