Blood Orange Dressing

1 ripe pear peeled and coarsely chopped
1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1/2 shallot coarsely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano


Put all the ingredients in a blender and process on high speed until smooth. Stored in a sealed container in the refrigerator, Blood Orange Dressing will keep for 3 days.
