Peppermintastic Foot Soak

Serves: 5


1 cup apple cider vinegar
14 cups hot water
10 drops peppermint essential oil


In a tub big enough to soak both feet, mix together the hottest water you can stand to put your feet into, apple cider vinegar and peppermint essential oil. Of course you can trade out the peppermint essential oil for anything else that is safe for skin.
