Pour pear juice into a saucepan bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat stir in gelatin until dissolved. Set aside to cool to room temperature. Purée pears in a blender set aside. Blend cream cheese and lemon juice until light and fluffy mix in pears and set aside. Prepare whipped topping according to package directions fold into pear mixture. Add cooled gelatin pour into a mold and chill overnight.
