In a saucepan, whisk flour into the milk and place on stovetop. Cook over medium heat until it becomes smooth and turns to a paste.
Set aside and let it cool completely.
After paste has cooled completely, beat butter and sugar together until well blended, then add flour paste mixture one small scoop at a time.
Add clear vanilla.
Frost your cake.
Drizzle with melted chocolate.
Pour the desired amount of dipping chocolate in a microwave safe bowl, and melt in microwave.
Drizzle dipping chocolate over white frosted cake.
Garnish each piece with berries and mint leaves, if desired.
*Sometimes I times this recipe by 1 1/2 for a 9x13 cake.
