Ingredients:1 package pita bread
1/2 head lettuce
2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
1 cucumber, chopped
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 green onions, sliced
1/3 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Add chicken, cucumber, onions and celery. Toss lightly. Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and fill pockets.
Whisk all ingredients together.
