Spicy Roasted Red Potatoes

Serves 6

Ingredients:

10 red potatoes
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon thyme
1/2 teaspoon marjoram
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 bay leaf
3 tablespoons butter

Scrub potatoes. Mix flour, thyme, marjoram, salt and pepper in large plastic bag. Add potatoes and shake until covered with flour mixture. Place in greased baking dish. Add garlic powder and bay leaf. Dot with butter. Cover tightly and bake at 450°F for 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender inside and crisp outside.
