Easy Potato Casserole

Serves 6

Ingredients:

1 (2-pound) package, shredded frozen hash brown potato, thawed
2 cups sour cream
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of celery soup
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup onion, minced
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup round buttery cracker, crushed

Combine first 9 ingredients together spoon into a lightly greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Sprinkle crackers on top bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 40 minutes.
