Potato Pancakes


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1/2 cup add-water-only pancake mix
1 1/2 cups potato flakes
1 tablespoon granulated onion

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Combine dry ingredients and place into Ziploc bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Add just enough water to bag to make mixture into an easily handled dough.

2. Knead gently to form dough.

3. Form small balls and drop into lightly greased pan, smashing into patties.

4. Brown both sides.

Fun Fact: "Queen Anne’s lace" is another name for the wild carrot.
