Crab Chowder


Serves: 5
Total Calories: 15

Ingredients

1/2 cup canned corn
1/2 cup imitation crab meat
1 cup cut vegetables: celery, onions, tomatoes, bell pepper or others of your choice
1 cup water

Directions:

AT HOME:
1. Pack all ingredients into a 4" x 6" Ziploc bag.

AT CAMP:
1. Combine ingredients in pot with water; bring to boil and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes.

2. Remove pot from stove and place inside insulated cozy for 10 minutes.
