Hashbrown Casserole

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups light sour cream
2 large eggs
24 ounces frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 cup thinly sliced green onion some tops included
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1 (6-ounce) can French-fried onions

Directions:

Turn toaster oven to bake at 350 degrees.

Combine sour cream and eggs and then mix together all ingredients except french-fried onions.

Spread mixture in a 2 1?2-quart baking dish that has been prepared with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle onions over top. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Makes 4–6 servings.
