Apple Cider Floats


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 400

Ingredients

1 (25.4-ounce) bottle sparkling apple cider
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
Garnish: cinnamon

Directions:

For each serving, pour 1/4 cup cider into a tall glass or mug. Add 2 scoops ice cream; sprinkle with cinnamon. Slowly top ice cream with remaining cider (it will fizz up). Serve with a long spoon.

Tip: Fruit cubes are delicious in lemonades and juice drinks. Fill ice cube trays with favorite juice and freeze. Mix & match flavors to create a brand new flavor!
