Sweet Date Shake


Serves: 2

Ingredients

12 large pitted dates
1/2 cup raw cashew nuts
1/2 cup distilled water
dash vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
pinch nutmeg

Directions:

Blend all the ingredients together well. Garnish with a cinnamon stick in a tall, chilled glass. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
Substitute apple juice or orange juice for the distilled water.
