Coronado's Golden Dream

Ingredients

2 kiwi fruits
1 banana fresh or frozen
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup ice (optional)

Directions:

Peel and chop the kiwis. Place all the ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and garnish with a kiwi slice and a sprig of fresh mint, perhaps. Enjoy!

VARIATIONS
When frozen or fresh mangoes are not available, substitute chopped dried mango soaked in water for 20 minutes. You can use scissors to chop the mango.
You might like to substitute fresh or frozen papaya or pineapple for the mango, or mango or pineapple juice for the orange juice. You can also substitute frozen juice concentrate for either.
Tropical fruit sherbet (orange, pineapple, etc.) would make this a wonderful dessert smoothie.
