Ingredients

6 salmon steaks
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup butter, melted

Directions:

Combine vinegar, salt, and 2 quarts water in a skillet. Bring to a boil. Add salmon, reduce the heat and simmer for 12 minutes. Drain salmon and serve with melted butter.
