Potato Pizza

Ingredients

1 (24-ounce) package frozen hash brown potato, diced
1 pound ground beef, browned
1 (15 1/2-ounce) jar Prego spaghetti sauce
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
1 (8-ounce) package mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Spray a 9x13-inch pan lightly with Pam. Line with frozen hash browns. Mix ground beef, Prego, and Cheddar cheese soup. Heat through. Pour over hash browns. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 45 minutes. Take foil off and cover with mozzarella. Bake 15 minutes more. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

If desired, you can add a pizza topping of your choice to the hamburger mixture.
