berries and almond cream


Serves: 5

Ingredients

1 cup fresh blackberries, blueberries, raspberries, sliced strawberries, or a combination
1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave nectar
1/2 cup Almond Cream (see Almond Milk recipe)

Directions:

Equipment:
measuring cups
measuring spoons
small bowl
rubber spatula
wine glass

Put the berries and maple syrup in a small bowl and toss gently to combine. Transfer to a wine glass and top with the Almond Cream. Serve immediately.

Berries and Cashew Cream: Replace the Almond Cream with 1/2 cup of Cashew Cream (see Cashew Milk recipe).
