Ingredients

2 tablespoons soaked almonds (see Raw Basics chapter)
2 tablespoons soaked sunflower seeds (see Raw Basics chapter)
1 tablespoon soaked walnuts or pecans (see Raw Basics chapter; optional)
1/2 cup chopped or sliced fresh fruit (such as apple, banana, berries, kiwifruit, mango, peach, or pineapple)
1/2 cup Almond Milk (recipe found in this chapter)

chef’s knife, 8-inch
paring knife
measuring cups

Combine the almonds, sunflower seeds, optional walnuts, and fruit in a small bowl. Serve immediately with the Almond Milk.
