Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients

4 pounds potatoes, sliced
2 tablespoons minced onions
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cans cream of celery soup
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 pound bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled

Directions:

Stir together potatoes, onion, and green pepper. Heat soup, cream cheese, half-and-half, salt and pepper. Mix with potato mixture and place all in a greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. About 15 minutes before removing from oven, sprinkle bacon bits over top and return to oven.
