Quick Rice Dish


Serves: 6
Total Calories: 288

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup rice, uncooked
1 can chicken noodle soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 1/2 cups water

Directions:

Brown beef in skillet with olive oil. Place in casserole dish add remaining ingredients. Mix well and bake at 325°F for about 1-1/2 hours.
