Curried Rice With Peas

Ingredients

2 (13 3/4-ounce) cans chicken broth
1 3/4 cups long grain rice
1/4 cup salad oil
1 (10-ounce) package frozen green peas, thawed
1 tablespoon curry powder
2 teaspoons salt

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together in a baking dish. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour or until rice is tender.
