Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound ground beef
3 cups tomatoes
1 small can tomato paste
2 bay leaves
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup water
1 medium onion, chopped
4 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
2 egg yolk
1 pound cooked lasagna noodles

Directions:

Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil, until tender. Add ground beef, tomatoes, tomato paste, bay leaves, salt, pepper, and water. Simmer about 1 hour then sauté onion in butter. Add flour, parmesan cheese and salt blend . Gradually stir in milk cook, stirring until thick. Beat eggs slightly and add a small at a time. Alternate layers of cooked lasagna noodles with meat and cheese sauce. Bake at 325°F for 20 minutes.
