Prune Bread

Ingredients

1 cup sugar
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 cups white flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oils
1 egg, beaten
1 cup chopped pitted prune
1/2 cup prune juice
1 cup buttermilk

Directions:

Mix together sugar, white flour, whole wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add cooking oil, egg, prunes, prune juice, and buttermilk mix well. Bake in loaf pans at 350°F for 1 hour.
