Cheese Biscuits

Ingredients

1 cup flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 cup milk

Directions:

Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Work butter and cheese into dry ingredients. Add milk and mix quickly. Drop by teaspoonfuls on well oiled baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for about 12 minutes.
