Corn Bread

Ingredients

1 cup flour
3 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cornmeal
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

Sift flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together. Stir in cornmeal. Beat egg stir in oil and milk. Combine dry ingredients and liquid mix quickly. Bake in greased pan at 425°F for 30 minutes.
