Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients

2 1/4 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1 egg beaten
2 tablespoons salad oil
3/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon grated orange zest

Directions:

Mix together flour, baking powder, soda, salt, sugar, and chopped nuts. Combine egg, salad oil, orange juice, and orange zest add to flour mixture. Bake in loaf pan at 350°F for 60 minutes
