Marzipan Fruits

Ingredients

1 3/4 cups Baker's Angel flaked coconut, finely chopped
1 (3-ounce) package any flavor jello
1 cup finely ground, blanched almonds
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
food coloring to paint details on fruit
whole cloves
citron for stems and blossom ends

Directions:

Mix together coconut, jello, almonds, milk, sugar, and almond extract. Shape by hand into small fruits or use small candy molds. Use food coloring, cloves, and citron to add details. Chill until dry store in covered containers at room temperature up to a week.
