Maple Baked Beans

Ingredients

1/2 pound sausage or bacon
1 small onion, chopped
7 cups pork and beans (2 #2-1/2 cans)
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 bottle ketchup
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Directions:

Cook sausage and onion together drain off grease. Put in large baking pan add pork and beans, maple syrup, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well just before putting into oven, add soda and stir. Bake at 375°F for 1 hour.
