Frozen Peach Jam


Serves: 36

Ingredients

3 cups fresh peaches
5 cups sugar
1 package powdered pectin
1 cup water

Directions:

Peel and mash fresh peaches. Add sugar mix well and let stand. Bring powdered pectin and water to a boil boil one minute. Add pectin to fruit and sugar mixture stir two minutes. Pour into bottles or containers. Let cool then freeze.
