Eggs With Blue Cheese


Serves: 4

Ingredients

8 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
8 eggs
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions:

Cook bacon until crisp crumble and set aside. Sauté onion in butter until tender. Beat eggs slightly add milk, blue cheese, salt, and pepper. Pour into skillet with onions and cook over low heat until set. Add bacon and serve.
