Creamed Eggs On Shredded Wheat

Ingredients

6 eggs
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
1/4 cup flour
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons green peppers, chopped
2 teaspoons pimiento, chopped
parsley
sautéed mushrooms (if desired)
hot shredded bite size wheat biscuit

Directions:

Cook eggs until hard peel and cut into wedges. Make a white sauce with butter, flour, milk and salt. Add green pepper, pimiento, parsley, and sautéed mushrooms. Add eggs wedges. Serve over hot shredded bite size wheat biscuit cereal.
