Sunny Fruit Fiesta

Ingredients

1 whole cantaloupe, halved and seeded
1/2 whole honeydew melon, halved and seeded
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon orange liqueur (optional)
1 1/2 teaspoons lime peel
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup seedless grape

Directions:

Using a melon baller, scoop cantaloupe and honeydew into balls (reserve melon halves). In a large bowl, combine the sugar, lemon juice, lime juice, orange liqueur, and lime peel. Stir well to dissolve sugar. Add the cantaloupe and honeydew balls, strawberries, and grapes. Toss gently to combine. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour to blend flavors; stir once or twice. Spoon into melon half.
