Avocado, Grapefruit, and Arugula Salad

Ingredients

4 ripe avocados, sliced
1 1/2 grapefruit, sectioned
4 handfuls of arugula, cleaned
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons juice from fresh grapefruit
1 freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Toss avocado, grapefruit sections, and arugula with oil and grapefruit juice. Season with pepper to taste and serve on cold plates.
