Spicy Avocado Salad

Ingredients

1 teaspoon salt
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
1 juice of 1/3 lemon
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 ripe tomatoes, diced
2 ripe avocados, diced
1 freshly ground pepper to taste
1 green chili, seeded, minced
3 tablespoons minced cilantro
3 tablespoons (heaping) diced Monterey Jack cheese
3 tablespoons (heaping) crumbled crisp-fried bacon
2 tablespoons (heaping) minced onions
1/2 green bell pepper, diced

Directions:

Mash salt and garlic in bowl with fork until smooth paste forms. Whisk in Worcestershire, Tabasco, lemon juice, and olive oil until well blended. Pour over mixture of tomatoes, avocados, pepper, green chile, cilantro, cheese, bacon, onion, and green pepper in bowl; mix well. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Serve on bed of mixed salad greens.
