Ingredients

3 cups cubed, cooked chicken breasts
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 stick butter, softened
1 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 package Pepperidge Farm pastry sheets
------------------------------
Mushroom Sauce:
1 (10 3/4-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 beef bouillon cube
1/2 cup chicken mixture

Directions:

Combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, butter, mushrooms, and onion in a bowl. Thaw pastry sheets according to package instructions. Roll out a bit thinner and cut into 8 rectangles per sheet. Place 1/4 cup chicken mixture onto each rectangle (reserving 1/2 cup for sauce). Fold over and seal with fork. If pastry dries out, wet your fingers and stick together. Prick each pastry pillow with a fork and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 20 - 25 minutes. Remove from oven and cover with Mushroom Sauce.

Mushroom Sauce:
Mix all ingredients in saucepan until heated through. You may thicken sauce with flour or cornstarch, if desired
