Veracruz Fish

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds white fish
4 limes
1 chopped onion
1 diced tomato
1 diced jalapeño pepper
1 tablespoon cilantro
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 avocado

Directions:

Marinate fish in lime juice overnight. Combine chopped onion, diced tomato, diced jalapeño, cilantro, vinegar, oil and salt in a large skillet and sauté until tender crisp. Add fish and cook until done turning once.
