Spicy Baked Fish

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 pound orange roughy
2 cups , crushed corn chips
3 tablespoons butter
1 sliced avocado
1 sliced tomato

Directions:

Combine sour cream, lemon juice and chili powder. Dip fillets in this mixture and then in corn chips, coating well. Spray 9 x 13 inch pan with cooking spray and place fish in pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 450° for 12 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve immediately with avocado and tomato.
