Turkey Meatloaf With Wild Mushroom Gravy

Ingredients

1 cup seasoned stuffing mix, any flavor
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup catsup
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
2 eggs, large or extra-large
2 tablespoons apple butter
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 pounds ground turkey

Directions:

Heat the oven to 375°F. Mix the stuffing and milk in a medium mixing bowl set aside until the stuffing is soft, about 5 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into a long loaf on a rimmed sheet pan. Bake until the loaf is firm in the center, about 1 hour. Allow to rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
