Blueberry Lemon Bars

Ingredients

2 sticks butter, softened
3/4 cup powdered sugar
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour, divided
1/2 cup finely chopped pecans, divided
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 1/2 cups fresh blueberries

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350°. Beat butter with mixer until fluffy. Add powdered sugar; beat until combined. Beat in 2 cups flour. Stir in 1/4 cup pecans. Press into bottom of greased 9x13-inch baking pan. bake 20 minutes until golden.

Meanwhile, combine eggs, sugar, lemon juice, baking powder, and remaining 1/4 cup flour. Beat with mixer on medium speed 2 minutes. Sprinkle berries over prepared crust. Pour filling over berries, and sprinkle with remaining pecans. Bake 30–35 minutes or until set and lightly golden. Cool. Cut into bars. Store in fridge.
