Easy Italian Pasta Skillet

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped celery
2 (14 1/2-ounce) cans Italian style diced tomatoes, with liquid
1 (2 1/4-ounce) can sliced olives, drained
2 cups dry elbow macaroni
1/4 cup water
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Directions:

In a frying pan, brown ground beef and onion until meat is no longer pink. Add all remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cover. Simmer over low heat for 20–25, minutes stirring occasionally. Cook until pasta is done. Sprinkle cheese over top and let melt.
