Roast Turkey in Pot

Ingredients

6 pounds turkeys
salt
black pepper
2 cups packaged seasoned stuffing mix
1 tablespoon butter, melted

Directions:

If frozen, defrost turkey. Season inside and out with salt and pepper. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Lightly pack cavities with stuffing. Close cavities and fasten with skewers and string. Place on trivet in removable crockpot liner. Brush with melted butter. Cover and cook on AUTO for 7 hours, LOW for 9-11 hours or HIGH for 5 hours.
