Potato Soup for Crockpot


Serves: 8

Ingredients

8 potatoes, cubed
2 onions, chopped
2 tablespoons margarine
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 tablespoons dried parsley
6 cups water
2 cups milk
1/2 cup flour

Directions:

Place the first 6 ingredients in the crockpot and cook 6 to 8 hours on LOW to MED. 1/2 hour to one hour before serving add milk and flour mixed with a little water. After the soup starts to thicken, it is ready to serve.

NOTE: Add 1/4 pound of Velveeta cheese for Cheesey potato soup. 1 can evaporated milk may be substituted for the regular milk.
