While-You-Sleep Italian Beef


Serves: 11

Ingredients

1 (4-pound) beef roast
1 jar pepperoncini peppers, with juice
1 (12-ounce) can beer
1 teaspoon beef bouillon granules dissolved in 1 cup hot water

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in big crockpot. Cook on HIGH 30 minutes; then turn heat to LOW. Cook all day or all night. When done, slice roast thinly and return to pot juices. Serve on hoagie or hamburger or onion buns. The juicier the better.
