Simply Superb Chicken Salad Sandwiches

Ingredients

4 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced seedless grape
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
1 long loaf bread, crusted

Directions:

Mix all together except bread. Spread on half the bread slices; cover and quarter. Also nice to serve on lettuce, or in tomatoes or avocados.

Editor's Extra: If desired, spread a thin layer of mayo on bread slices before adding chicken salad.

Fun Fact: Rotisserie chicken from the supermarket deli is well seasoned and makes tasty chicken salad.
