Pocket Sandwiches with Heart

Ingredients

1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 (8-ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained
2 (6-ounce) packages cooked chicken strips, chopped
6 pita pockets
1 (12-ounce) package Swiss cheese slices, divided

Cucumber Sauce:
6 ounces cucumber salad dressing
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup plain yogurt

Directions:

Mix artichoke hearts, pineapple, and chicken together. Line pita pockets with 3?4 of the cheese slices. Fill pockets with chicken mixture. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes till cheese melts. Serve warm, or cold with Cucumber Sauce.

Cucumber Sauce:
Mix all together well.
