Ingredients

3 roma tomatoes, halved
1 tablespoon prepared mustard
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, quartered
1/4 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 cup sliced almonds
1 green onion, chopped
1/3 cup real bacon bits

Directions:

Place tomatoes, mustard, cream cheese, and Cajun seasoning in a food processor; mix till smooth. Add almonds, green onion, and bacon bits; pulse about 4 times. Refrigerate up to 2 days.

Editor's Extra: If you’re so inclined, to sub for the bacon bits, fry about 8 slices of real bacon crisp, then drain.
