Separate chicken wings at joints with knife, and discard tips; place in a baking dish. Process onion, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic, and sherry in a food processor until blended. Pour over wings. Bake in 350° oven 1 hour. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired. Serve hot.
Fun Fact: Here’s a tip! Save those wing tips and boil with your favorite seasonings, then strain and freeze. Great way to start your soup.
