Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients

2 cups small-curd cottage cheese
1 (16-ounce) container any flavor fruit yogurt
6 cups cut-up fruit, such as peaches, nectarines, pears, bananas, pineapple chunks, raspberries, strawberries, etc.
1/2 cup chopped pecans
lettuce leaves

Directions:

Combine cottage cheese and yogurt in bowl; mix well. Arrange cut-up fruit and pecans on 6 lettuce-lined plates, and spoon 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture on top.
